Sturges Property Group is seeking an experienced property manager for a developed commercial portfolio.  The position will provide the day-to-day management of commercial properties including operational and financial oversight and direction.  The manager will be expected to work closely with the property owners to meet their objectives, to develop good tenant relationships for retention, manage payables, and receivables, and prepare annual budgets.  Works closely with vendors and contractors to ensure the property is being maintained in the manner acceptable to the owner and property management firm's expectations.  Outstanding communication and computer skills are required.  Knowledge of Yardi software is desired.  Candidate will hold an Indiana Broker's License or be willing to obtain same within 6 months of employment.

Preferred two years of property management of commercial or multi-family properties, but will consider entry level with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
